Vasilia Kouskoulas is an HMI graduate with a B.A. in International Relations and Film from UCLA. Her life’s mission is to help people who are their own worst enemies become their most enlightened guides.
Vasilia has always been intrigued with the inner workings of the mind and programming ourselves to change old habits, which no longer serves us by creating new neuro-pathways, which can transform our lives. That in combination with her interest in Ancient Traditions, and Egyptology had her stumble upon the fascinating world of Hypnosis.
In addition, she has travelled all over the world where she has encountered a wide variety of cultures and beliefs. Therefore, she possesses the uncanny ability to see things through other peoples’ eyes with a unique understanding and an open mind. However, being raised in a family of both NASA scientists and spiritual healers is what really made her well-rounded and experienced in both the medical applications of Hypnotherapy (Hypnoanesthesia, PTSD…) as well as in otherworldly realms (Shamanism, Past-Life Regression, Lucid Dreaming and Kundalini Yoga).
Vasilia also being a professional actor, writer and director is great at helping artists tap into their artistic genius by alleviating any anxieties or fears, which hold them back from expressing their full potential as artists. The line between a successful working artist and a struggling one is very fine and it sometimes only takes a small push to cross that boundary. By bringing out the intuition that is an integral part in all of us, she helps people trust in their artistic choices and move forward.
However, for those with issues in the business field, Vasilia being a certified NLP Practitioner, utilizes NLP as well as techniques outlined in the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and “Think and Grow Rich” to both help build unwavering faith in whatever the endeavor and then carry it out with strategic planning.
